Don't Ignore the Experts

In the wake of a recent National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) that seems to state the Iraq War is breeding terrorists instead of eliminating them, neoconservative pundit Robert Kagan questioned the report's accuracy. “Based on the press coverage alone, the NIE's judgment seems both impressionistic and imprecise,” wrote Kagan in the Washington Post (September 26, 2006).
